"RedRose-Mafia" is an Internet-based massive multiplayer game that allows you to play characters based on the real Maifoso's life. RedRose-Mafia can be accessed via the URL http://www.RedRose-Mafia.com. Please read the short summary of the game concepts and tutorial on how to get started.

RedRose-Mafia is open to players aged eighteen (18) and above. By clicking the "Sign Up"-button you represent that you fulfill this requirement.

2 - What do you need to play?

RedRose-Mafia is completely browser-based. You do not need to download any Software. All you need in order to play the game is a standard-browser (MS Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Netscape 6.0 or higher, Firefox 1.0.4 or higher) and an internet connection.

3- Agreement

With acccepting these terms and condition you are entering into a formal Agreement with "Coty J. Lake", the publisher of RedRose-Mafia. RedRose-Mafia.com may revise or amend this Agreement at any time, and such revision shall be effective thirty (30) days after a respective notification to you. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership within thirty (30) days following such notification.

4- Account

In order to use RedRose-Mafia.com you will have to create a user account. Please note that is not allowed to have more than one (1) account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred or otherwise used by more than one player.

You will be asked to choose a name ("Game Name") to identify yourself to other members and the staff. You may not select as a Game Name the name of another person, or a name which infringes trade- or service marks, copyrights, other intellectual property right, or personal rights, or a Game Name that is offensive or vulgar.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify RedRose-Mafia.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in the registration process and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If RedRose-Mafia.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RedRose-Mafia.com has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of RedRose-Mafia.

5 - License and Intellectual Property

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, RedRose-Mafia.com grants you, for your personal use only, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RedRose-Mafia for a duration as defined in in this agreement.

You may not (a) sublicense, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer RedRose-Mafia or your account; (b) modify, adapt, reverse engineer or decompile RedRose-Mafia in whole or part, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from RedRose-Mafia; (c) create any derivative works in respect of RedRose-Mafia; or (d) otherwise use RedRose-Mafia except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, RedRose-Mafia.com grants to you the right to use the specifically designated game content for non-commercial, personal purposes, including in connection with creating non-commercial fan fiction, fan web sites regarding the same or for banners and links to the RedRose-Mafia website.

In case you are allowed to upload to or create content in RedRose-Mafia and with respect to your RedRose-Mafia.com character, you grant to RedRose-Mafia a non-exclusive, universal, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable right to exercise all rights of any kind or nature associated with such content, and all ancillary and subsidiary rights thereto, in any languages and media now known or not currently known.

6 - Charges

You can play "RedRose-Mafia" without any limitations for free. However, You may choose to buy additonal credits or subscriptions. Pricing and billing information can be found in the "Buy Turns" section on the RedRose-Mafia.com website.

Before you attempt to buy credits for the first time please use the chance to use the free service to find out whether the game concept of RedRose-Mafia.com is the kind of enterainment you are looking for and your computer equipment and internet connection is suitable for playing the game.

Paid fees are not refundable.

The only prize on offer are more credits which may only be redeemed within the game and that no withdrawals are possible.

7 - Rights and Responsibilities

You understand that you have no expectation of privacy regarding the communications you make on the Service, and that all communications made by or received from you may be monitored by RedRose-Mafia.com.

You agree not to use RedRose-Mafia in any other way than originally intended including but not limited to not:

* § upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
* § interfere with or disrupt RedRose-Mafia or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; or
* § attempt to gain access to any other Player's Game account or password; or
* § stalk or otherwise harass another Player.

You may not use any hardware or software or not emply other means which may in any way influence or advantage your use of RedRose-Mafia unless such usage is authorized by RedRose-Mafia.com. You may not employ and method by which RedRose-Mafia may be played automatically without human input.

8 - Availability and Access

RedRose-Mafia.com reserves the right to interrupt the RedRose-Mafia.com from time to time on a regularly scheduled basis or otherwise with or without prior notice in order to perform maintenance. You agree that RedRose-Mafia.com will not be liable for any interruption of RedRose-Mafia, delay or failure to perform resulting from any cause whatsoever. You acknowledge that RedRose-Mafia may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of RedRose-Mafia.com, and RedRose-Mafia.com cannot guarantee that you will be able to access RedRose-Mafia.com whenever you may wish to do so.

RedRose-Mafia.com shall not be obligated to refund all or any portion of any fees paid by reason of any interruption of RedRose-Mafia.

RedRose-Mafia.com has the right at any time for any reason or no reason to change and/or eliminate any aspect of RedRose-Mafia as it sees fit in its sole discretion.

RedRose-Mafia.com reserves the right to restart RedRose-Mafia at any time RedRose-Mafia.com chooses in its sole discretion.

9 - Term and Termination

RedRose-Mafia.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreements and delete your Account immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement or wilfully infringe any third party intellectual property rights, or if RedRose-Mafia.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to RedRose-Mafia.com, or upon game play, chat or any of your activities whatsoever which is, in RedRose-Mafia.com sole discretion, inappropriate and/or in violation of the spirit of RedRose-Mafia.com as described in the Game Rules.

In the event the Agreement has been terminated for such reasons you may not create another account without the expressed constent of RedRose-Mafia.com. Fees paid will not ne refunded.

RedRose-Mafia.com may choose to terminate RedRose-Mafia entirely. In this event he will notify all users at least fourty-five (45) days in advance.

10 - General Provisions.

You may not use, copy, modify, sublicense, rent, sell, assign or transfer the rights or obligations granted to you in this Agreement, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and such decision shall not affect the enforceability of: (a) such provision under other circumstances, or (b) the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, no default, delay or failure to perform on the part of Electronic Arts shall be considered a breach of this Agreement if such default, delay or failure to perform is shown to be due to causes beyond the reasonable control of RedRose-Mafia.com.

11 - Choice of Law.

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America.
